“I imagine a world where…
This is how I would create it…“
Welcome to the first-ever TEDxYouth@TheWoodlands.
This event is devoted to “youthful ideas” and welcomes both youth as well as adults. We expect the youth and adults to draw inspiration from each other and to share their dreams and wisdom with each other. Register for this conference here.
This conference is for adults and youth. Speakers and performers will be both youth and adults.
The theme is Imaginate.
Each of our speakers (both youth and adult) will start their talk by completing the sentence “Imagine a world where…“, proceed to describe their imagined world vividly, and then share how they are creating it or how they would create it.
Our amazing performers will similarly reveal their imagined worlds through their artistry.
As we watch, listen and reflect upon the speakers and performers, we will be inspired to complete the sentence “Imagine a world where…” ourselves and contemplate how we might create it.
You’ll be Amazed, Inspired and Delighted by the speakers and performers.
Participation in this event is limited to only the first 100 participants on a first-come first-served basis. So register early here.

What is TEDx?
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Our event is called TEDxYouthTheWoodlands, where x = independently organized TED event. At our TEDxYouthTheWoodlands event, TEDTalks video and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events, including ours, are self-organized.
